Boston Globe - " . . . Majestic music!",

Chicago Jewish News - " A Jewish Musical Soul.",
The Jewish Advocate - "Daniel Gil knows Jewish music."
Daniel Gil is a multi-faceted musician, who feels as comfortable composing music for a full Symphony Orchestra, as he does singing a simple, heartfelt folk tune. Daniel is a classically trained composer and violinist. He also spent many years singing and learning with the late Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach of Blessed memory; who is known as the "father" of modern Jewish music. In addition he has dedicated many years to the study, and research of traditional Jewish sacred music. Daniel's music has been played and performed in both europe and the U.S., and has been received with great enthusiasm by both players and audiences. Daniel is currently working on his 2nd major studio CD, and heads a new production studio "Reicher Recording".
