About me:

Dharba is my dj nick. It’s a mixture of two words darba & dharma. The first one means something like nature gift in Bulgarian and dharma is Sanskrit word for your personal cosmic path you get in life. Kinda opposite karma which i guess most of us know what it means. (actually the two words mean the same). So my name is Svilen Klasanov and i'm from Bulgaria. I'm a bread baker and a dj, strange mix ha .. well that's what i like to do most. I’m a vegetarian as well so, mixing a lot of things together it came up that I started a vegetarian restaurant and a bakery with world music dub balkan & gypsy beatz …. the same that I play in party.
The early years of my life I’ve been living in Israel, I grew up there listening to lots of psy trance, many outdoors parties and crazy young life. Then I decided to move for a year to Amsterdam and there was my real awakening. Lived in ELF for while, this was one of the magic places on earth. One big squat with international people and lots of cosmic energy of 11 around. For the ones who got the chance to experience the ELF I’m sure they wont forget it ever. Big kisses and many thanxx to all you elfies out there.
Then I’ve been traveling a lot in Germany, Ireland, Czech rep., Philippines, Palau islands and finally got to India. Where I found mother earth. That’s how I usually describe India. Incredible diversity of colors, feelings, knowledge and spiritual wisdom, which you can’t find anywhere else in this world, it’s only there. The local and the travelers say, “sub kuch milega” which means “anything is possible”. Then I came back to Bulgaria and started all from the start. New life new friends and new adventures. We opened a bread bakery with my family since my father bought a place where there was one all ready. My country has big tradition with bread making but it was all forgotten in the socialist times. So I thought I could bring it back a bit. And this is how the Sun-Moon bread was born. This is my first “child”. Real whole meal bread with lots of seeds and herbs, without any chemical additives. The second one was Vegihome. A place where many people still wonder how it just disappeared one fine day. Many spiritual alternative movements where meeting in this place, many people got the chance for the first time to eat healthy and real tasty food. We did our best and everybody felt that and I think now it lives in the hearts of many.
In the meantime I got married to my crazy, beautiful one Elisaveta and we got one present from the within .. a boy .. and we called him Saviv.
Now a bit about the music I play. I’m addicted to music, and I love the diversity in the world so when this is combined together it come out like World beat. The latest stuff i really like to play is called Balkan Beatz, but usually it’s Dub, Electric boogie, Indian vibe, Arabic, fusion and psychedelic jazz.
