Punchy vocals fighting with driving guitars. Thundering basslines cutting through marching drums. Dharmata are a 3 piece rock band from Bristol that write tunes. Tunes make you move. Tunes that stay with you. Tunes that matter. By taking the ‘soft bit loud bit’ dynamic of Nirvana, the quirkiness of the pixies, and the catchiness of the Beatles, their songs will grab you and refuse to let you go. With a spectacle live show, this is music as it should be. Loud, brash, and fun. The perfect soundtrack to smoking tabs in the sunshine.
Dharmata formed in November 2007. We met through the small ads pages and set about making a band with catchy riffs and toe-tapping melodies.
In our early months as a group we have formed a small catologue of tunes and are set to gig this material to Bristol and our friends. Come watch us live in the coming months. Thank you.
