for the first ever (and possibly last) “Hacks @ The Decks” DJ Night at The Junction on Stokes Croft in Bristol, on Sunday 7th September. Free entry, starts at 8pm.
Plus, Bob from The Junction will be selling off some of his record collection to help keep the place open. Please come along and support this great music venue.
One of Bristol’s finest music venues, The Junction on Stokes Croft, needs to book up a lot of gigs really quickly. Here’s the message Bob from the Junction sent to us.
“We need more gigs so if anyone can fill any dates out of the following...
23-27th August 2-4th September 10-11th September 15-18th September 21st-23rd September 25th September 28th September 30th September
...it would be greatly appreciated so we can keep going, anything whatsoever, free hire, do it as a free gig, anything. I will also be selling a lot of stuff from cds/vinyl/dvds/books in fact anything I feel I can live without, am compiling lists this weekend. Cheers.
I've also put up a donate paypal button on the Junction's website www. freewebs. com/thejunctionbristol as a few people said it was a good idea, I was reluctant but it's there. Cheers, Bob.”
So there you have it. Want to put on a gig at the Junction? PLEASE GO TO WWW. MYSPACE. COM/THEJUNCTIONBRISTOL AND LEAVE BOB A MESSAGE – DO NOT MESSAGE US ABOUT THIS, GO DIRECTLY TO BOB!
Also, don’t leave it too long to sort out, as Bob needs to arrange these things asap.
Good luck.
Happy Dynamic Gigging!
