Blurbs

About me:

Music, dance, animals and corseting are my life. I am a major audiophile, a veritable source of useless rock 'n roll trivia and completely convinced that I was born 20 years too late. I practice burlesque, and occasionally belly dance, but burlesque is more my thing. I'm also a dedicated tightlacer and have been since October '08 and have the hourglass figure to prove it. I'm a proud adopted "mother" of two wonderful, beautiful "purr machines" (kitties), Ophelia the Diva and Violet the Psycho. I love animals (obviously) and I am vegan, or at least I do my best to be, but I'm not a "veganazi" or a militant asshole about it. I've been living in Florida way too long...I hate it here and I'm hoping to pack up my feline girls and move to a certain interesting someplace within the next couple of years, economy willing. The possibility of ending up becoming a crazy lady with 17 cats does not bother me one bit - as long as I am still glamourous while doing so! Read through my interests and you'll get a pretty good idea of what I'm about.

Which Silent Film Actress are You?

You are Theda Bara! You are the first woman to be called a "Vamp". Playing a cold hearted woman in "A Fool There Was", you broke the mold for the submissive, meek woman and showed the dominant side of a lady men were threatened by. Dying your blonde locks to black, posing with skeletons and snakes, you got a thrill out of shocking people and the abnormal and put yourself on the map. Many women tried to follow in your footsteps, but none could quite come to par with your intimidating, Cleopatra style presence.

Who I'd like to meet:

People who have more than two brain cells and can actually think independently (a rare commodity these days). Please don't bother to add me if I either don't know you personally or you have no intention of getting to know me, if you're not a band I would actually like or if we have nothing in common. Also, if you are on my list, please do not send me comments advertising anything...I get them all the time. Nothing personal, but I just don't like my comment board getting clogged up with ads.
