About me: Well, to get things jump started, I'm John, I'm just a little bit weird, and really love the outdoors!
I'm interested in music, both listening to it, and in helping produce music, although I haven't played for a while. I do a bit of audio engineering on the side for fun :)
I volunteer with my local Rural Fire Brigade, Farmborough Heights, and am currently working towards becoming a crew leader.
When I am not working, doing uni work, I try and get outdoors whenever I can. Some things I try and do outdoors are abseiling, hiking, camping & camping (and a little house work more boringly :))
I work in accounting, so please don't hold that against me, I'd love to charter an accountant, and sail the wide accountancy (like John Cleese)
Further more, here is what the dictionary says about being extravagant:

How is that small or unseen? Or even on behalf of someone else? Though, I can see why it could be viewed as improving social standing.
lol! Its ok :P Band was good :) Caro came and we had a group discussion on different people's reactions, different music we could try, different ways of doing worhsip etc etc.
PS I asked Dan for your number, but I dont thinkg he got it right. So you want to come to timezone on sat? we're having a Redeye afternoon and could use another leader or two for lifts and what not. That and it would be nice if you could come along :P its at 4pm and its $12.50
I watched Torchwood on Monday. It was....erm...ah....interesting.....to say the least. I think it could be alot better if they kept it more simple, and didn't try to be weird...or sexy o_0 I liked the main guy, "Jack" but I found his character to be too closely modeled on the 10th Doctor (that's probably why I liked him hahaha!). Maybe he was supposed to be....who knows. Though, I do think he has a rather peculiar, if not, distant relation to the time lords.
lol Looks like I had just missed you then...I left the computer for my warm bed at about 0100. Because I'm going out at 1000 and returning home at 1300 (hopefully :P). See? Im special enough to know 12hour time as well :)
