Diamond Creek started gathering for Sunday night jams on Old School Road in Four Oaks in March 06. Initially a chance for Kandis and Shaun to work on their chops while they were learning their instuments... it soon became apparent that they could make music that was not totally disgusting. They have not looked back since (unless you count the time they thought they were being chased by a blind German Shepard). We hold band rehearsals in front of seven felines at the Galloping Iguana Ranch... Kandis and Russ' cats know all the words to all the songs. When not rehearsing, Lloyd and Russ can be heard as Phat G and Big Stick on Mind Yo Booty Records. Their recent release " Rappin the Appalachians" has just been certified Aluminum. Diamond Creek has played at the R&B Grill in Clinton and is heading back to Clinton for a birthday party coming up 14FEB08. We' can play for your party too as long as it doesn't conflict with Big Stick and Phat G's schedules!
