After they had realized that they have the same music interests, ideas and affinities, Jakov (vocals & rhythm guitar), Armando (drums) and Marin (lead guitar) created band Diamond Dust at the beginning of April 2006. As band they organized the rehearsals, but after one month they decided to search for a bassist to fulfill the empty space, Igor arrives in the band. Diamond Dust gets far more different sound, and Armando gets a colleague in the rhythm section of a band. To give a maximum of him, Jakov devotes just to singing..
The first appearance came very fast; in "Dom Mladih" where we won the third place. The band had agreed in one thing, they needed one more guitar, and the man who was the best for that was Aki, which at that time has left one band and he takes an important place in Diamond Dust. We had the time only for few rehearsals to adjust, settle and prepare for another concert in "Stari Grad", where we had a great performance, opposite to all expectations.
Band is falling into problems when Igor decides to leave a band due to some other commitments. But anyway, Diamond Dust crew does not give up, so we found a new bass player Damir. Damir fits in very short time so band decides to hold him. The band planned to do a few more performances and then record their first demo material.
As band weren't quite satisfied with Damir's way of playing bass, former bassist Igor has been called back in the band and the old gang was running again. The band recorded their first demo material with six songs on it. Full with new ideas, band is working on some new songs. And at the same time is planing to record a second demo material. At some time the band has left without a bass player. Igor, due to other commitments, again, leaves the band. Soon the band found his replace, Rino, and with impatience is waiting for the next show, for the old funs and some new ones...
