Yea, know itll be okay once its over.. its just getting to the its over part. :) lol. We have been kinda disappointed bc we wanted to build one day and we couldnt find anything around here.. and then we were on our way to DQ one day & saw the sign & Joey nearly wrecked stopping to turn the way the sign said to go LOL =P & when we called they said it had just been put on the market that week so we lucked out finding it as quick as we did bc nothing stays for sale long around here... anyways.

We found 18.5 acres outside of Dierks that we have been saving up for.. we signed a contract on it and had to put 10% down to get them to take it off the market for a month.. and I just took the bank the other 10% down yesterday so that they will get the papers drawn up.. and we have until Nov 24th to get the papers signed or our contract will be up & we can possibly lose the 10% we gave the real estate agent to take it off the market for a month-- been REAL stressful! lol.
&& as soon as thats over we have Trystans birthday the 4th & then Christmas.. so Im stressin bc we had to give ALL our savings away (plus save up a lil more to get it) & its a BAD time a year to not have no extra money!
