Reviews

Excellent sounds like Blink 182 or SR71. Excellent songwriting. If this song were put on a blink album tomorrow, it would be one of the top two of three songs on the CD. A highly skilled drummer, which is essential to this type of music. Great melody and breakdown in the middle. I would give the song five stars. It was THAT GOOD. My only critique is that I wasn't in love with the singer. He hit all the notes, but just didn't grab me. personal preference I guess. Production wise, it was excellent. I love this kind of music when it's done right, bored with it when it's done wrong.....THIS WAS DONE RIGHT!!! - spknhzl from North Dartmouth, Massachusetts on 1Aug2008

The Next Blink Wicked! Reminds me of Blink-182! The intro is very cacthy into, making me want to listen more. I realy like how between the verse and chours there is a guitar riff that doesn't sound like Blink-182. Because you don't want people saying you sound like Blink all the time. Really well done! - OculusSinister from San Diego, California on 23Jul2008

I like how it got big after the opening It's got the sound of radio now. Has the pop punk skater sound. moves along and pumps with the hooky guitar riffs. Love that they wanna fuck with the neighbours. That's a cool approach. Like the chorus. - PandamoniaX from Toronto, Canada on 21Jul2008

Fun & Modern SUPER Mood and TOP NOTCH production. One little suggestion add a little more beef (bass guitar)when it kicks in. Very modern song writing and nice hook and tones. Great 2nd verse! Very nice touch on the bridge with the bells. Its kind of beautiful. Awesome job!!! - docrhythm from Massena, New York on 10Jul2008

I loved the start Just a great post-punk start. Really, liked it. Could have been lifted off anyone of a thousand good post-punk albums. At it works every time. Overall, great production values. You guys obviously have professional help. Great guitar strumming with the vox sitting great in the mix. I wish that I didn't have the garageband bitrate, as this would definitely go well in high def. A nice break at 1:40 or so. Great come out. Great stopping point at 2:50 with the vox blasting from the side. Great song. 5 star. - theologic from Coto De Caza, California on 2Jul2008

I want to dance with you! Jumping up and down! Jumping up and down! This is one of those feel-good tunes that everyone should have on their iPod. I great song which just makes you wanna join in! LOVE the breakdown in about 1.47, great contrast to the overall quick pace of the rest of the song. Brilliant dynamics! - sleeptalks from London, United Kingdom on 1Jul2008

GreenDay All the way Singer vocals are flawless, The song reminds me of Greenday, With the fast drum beat and guitar rifts, Love the break down when it slows down then speeds back up, I could hear this on the radio and on a sound track for a movie.. Great song! - krystalblayke from Boston, Massachusetts on 29Jun2008

Big Sound Big, big sound!!! This song explodes right from the start. The momentum is fantastic as this song rocks!!! Performed well and produced well. All elements required for this genre are all found here. Great job! - realgreatguy from Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 28Jun2008

Punk Sensibilities This song has a punk feel that reminds me a bit of the misfits (particularly the bv's). Interesting tempo change in the middle. Nice pre-chorus and a solid chorus hook. Obviously influenced by the punk revival ie blink 182 etc Though I'm generally not a huge fan of modern punk I did like this track. Good example of the genre. - MothBand from Perth, Wa, Australia on 22Jun2008

Mainstream Mainstream rock sound. Have I heard this before? If not I should be hearing it on mainstream radio. Greenday'ish sound. Lyrics are very good and truly creative. - mgulley11 from Olathe, Kansas on 2May2008

Top Shelf This fits right into the current top 40 rock world. It's ready to play, as far as I am concerned...don't hear any issues with it. A lot of effort has gone into this pro sounding effort. The performances are top notch, quality musicianship throughout and just great musical breaks at 1:59 and 2:20. Fantastic vocals at the end there. Just all round good work and better than most of its contemporaries. - lemonsonfire from Canada on 24May2008

solid drummer! and solid song in general! Nice song, melody, arrangement, GREAT production, and great played. this is a straightforward pop-punk song, and it is definately a good one - rohdemo from Fredrikstad, ØStfold, Norway on 9May2008

Top Notch! A well recorded and performed song. Tempo is upbeat and rocks! You definitely have something great here. Also a well written song that has everything!!! Bass playing is also a highlight here! You will get signed by a label that's for sure!! Everything is top notch! - realgreatguy from Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 9Apr2008

Good Drummer That's what stands out first. Great groove here. Has got a Ramones sound. Vocals are right on and have a Elvis Costello quality. Good song! Nice minor key ending. - StanfordJoel from Charleston, South Carolina on 4Mar2008

Review Alrighty the energy is upfront and just a playful rock melody nothin surprising here but catchy none the less .. Cool work .. - Kat_Speel from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia on 29Feb2008

Love it Drummer rocks. Vocalist is superb for this. Clean sound, clear vocals. Radio ready. Love the break around 1:20. You should be proud of this. Sweet track. One of the best tracks I have heard on GB. - Venda from Eldon, Missouri on 23Feb2008

Cool Bass Intro-ala Mark Hoppus esque Really Solid Pop punk vocals. like a better sounding joel madden. Nice chorus sound, the production is really good. I love the part around 1:20-1:28. cool drop out of the instruments. I really dig this song. I'm probably going to download it if it's available. Nice half screamed vocals at the end... - Conneryrock from Center Conway, New Hampshire on 28Jan2008

Fat Girl: This song reminded me of a fat girl. Let me take the time to explain. Fat girls need love too despite the fact that they're fat, You'll find some dude more than willing and able to take them home and fullfill their fantasties. Some dudes like fat girls and relish in the fact. Other guys will take a fat girl home, but won't tell anyone about it. And other guys won't give fat girls a second look. I'm more of the second type of guy, I'll take a fat girl home but don't want anyone to know about it. And that's where I stand on this song. It'd be listed in my guilty pleasure section of CDs. I'd secretly listen to this song with the closet door closed or at a low volume just because I'd be too embarassed for my friends to hear it. Is the song that good? You bet your fat ass it is! I really enjoyed this song, the production was tight, the arrangement was top notch, the vocals were great and had enough attitude to qulify itself as snotty punk. Brilliant drum and bass work. All around great pop punk soung. I give this song a 5 out of 5. Now excuse me, I'm gonna find a fat girl. - traumadolls from Norfolk, Virginia on 2Dec2007

One of the best GB songs. Very catchy. The sound is definately radio friendly. Good guitar tones as well. It has a Bloodhound Gang/Blink 182 feel and I love the backup vocals. The lyrics are fairly clever and the "Oi, Oi, Oi, Oi" sections are great. I like how the intro and outro have a similar structure. Really good song. One of the best songs I've heard on garageband. - OfficerRoseland from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 18Dec2007

Heres my review oooh.. I like the oioioioi :) Nice mood in this. Excellent vocals and lyrics. This is going on my playlist. Kinda radiofriendly. Keep on rocking, this I like!! Credits for you here boys. Best I have heard here so far. oohh.. love the ska thing and oooohh bap bap :) - Engen from Stavanger, Rogaland, Norway on 17Dec2007

oi oi oi Right from the start there is no doubt about what this is all about. Straight into some Oi-shoutings. Very Rancidish but still with personality. Great. Awesome production and overall sound adds even more value. And the band sure can play too. Both thumbs up guys. - joey_ra from Stockholm, Sweden on 17Dec2007

Hell Flippin's Yeah! Nice cocky attitude, the humor is nice, I like how the song evolves, never gets boring at all. The sound of this song is quite radio friendly but the foul language will keep it off the airwaves, but don't worry, this track should kick total ass live. Near perfect production quality, could use a touch more bass. Superb track, it rocked me and made me laugh! - PunkInTheTrunk from Eagle Creek, Indiana on 15Dec2007

Hell Yeah I must say, this is so very kick ass, that there is nothing further i can say. You guys are the best ive heard on this site. Keep it up. - sourgrass93 from Dundee, Kentucky on 14Dec2007

   About D!CE
Coming of age in Eastern Long Island, New York

Beau Taylor was instilled both with homespun values and a punk-rock mentality. With knuckles bruised and blistered from a Catholic school education, Beau has always been the fiendishly debonair type. Drawn to music since he could remember, Beau started his first band at age 13. He discovered Long Island’s local music scene and quickly became adept at its nuances, writing songs with simple driving progressions and catchy-hooked lyrics. As time went by, Beau honed his vocal abilities, and grew to become what he is today - the voice of Dice.

Not far away, another young hooligan was himself discovering his passion for music. Born Rocco Pallatto, Rocky definitely shares commonalities with his famous boxing counterpart; as a born athlete and street-wise scholar. Rocky stumbled upon his gift for laying down the sickest of bass-lines like generations of musicians before him – in trying to impress a girl. The rhythm has always been in Rocky, so it wasn’t long before the bass he built for himself in his Uncle’s shop was popping with funk. After meeting Beau, they quickly made a name for themselves in the Long Island Underground, via their outrageous antics and upbeat lyrics and melodies.

Wailing prodigious lead guitar solos for Dice is Douglas Sawyer. Growing up, Doug was always a bit of a loner - ever armed with his guitar and sunglasses. Doug has spent countless hours, toiling at his craft, defining those epic characteristics that make a lead guitar player who he is. A towering individual, Doug can be seen as a diamond in the rough. With diverse and eclectic influences, Doug brings it to every performance both with his fiery finger skills and his on-stage bravado.

Daniel Lysogorski can be considered the heart of Dice, he provides the pulse. Danny spent most of his drumming career playing in local Long Island hardcore and heavy metal bands. While he may seem to be the mysterious, introverted type, ‘G’ Danny,’ is one of the warmest, nicest people you could hope to meet. Dan is most well-known in the Long Island music community for his virtuosity with the double-bass pedal.

Together these four musicians comprise the pulse-pounding, head-banging, sweat pouring, heart wrenching music of Dice. Get our music today!

Hey!

I need your help!

Please visit:

http://c1.endoora.com/Erin_Morgado/

and play the song “I Wanna Know”

I just entered my songs into a contest- the contest site registers 1 visit per day/per computer, so if you could go every day (or every day that you can remember) and click on my song once, I would be forever grateful.

Whoever gets the most hits on this site in the next few weeks will be sent to a really amazing music camp/convention. It will give me a chance to be around a lot of people in the music industry, and perform my music for them.

Thank you so much- I really appreciate your friendship and support. Let’s rock this thing! :) Hope you’re doing well- wishing you my best wherever you are!
