Sounds Like
My friend Angela said the music sounds like "inspirational new wave Beatles" - I like that.
Here is what it sounds and looks like when I play it with the Loop Station.
I was born in Austria, raised in Germany and finally grew up in London, so I think of myself as a European. Europeans are modest. Now, after living in the States for 8 years, I feel it is time to shed my European modesty...
So here are the facts:
I have toured in the US, Europe, the UK and Japan. I've played to 60.000 people and to 6. I have opened up for Iron Maiden, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Michelle Branch and Van Halen. I have played on 30 albums and have been signed to Parlophone and Atlantic twice. I have played with varying artists from Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden's singer) to Anna Nalick. My band Vamp was the first German band to be signed to an American major label, my band Skin had the No. 1 rock album in the UK.
I have had the pleasure to work with producers Keith Olsen (Fleetwood Mac; Foreigner; Whitesnake), Grammy award winner John Shanks, and Tony Platt - the man who recorded "Back In Black" and "Highway To Hell".
I have been in bands since I was twelve. Writing and creating music has always been my focus and passion whether for myself, the bands I was with, or other artists.
I play drums, guitar, bass and I sing, so it was only natural to record my Solo EP "out of the box" in 2006. Last year, in 2007, I released my first German language CD "Heute Nacht" - to support it I toured Germany and Austria in the summer, which was a (successful) blast.

Hey Dicki, good to hear from you and thanks for the kind words. I don't recall a band of that name, though there were so many bands at different venues over a few days it is impossible to remember them all. We were only there for two nights and didn't really see much of the festival in general. The only bands I saw were the onces playing the same venue as us.
I've got a rough cut done of your Wolverhampton gig and can send you a DVD if you'd like to preview it. Just message me a postal address for you to either my personal MySpace or Facebook and it will be on it's way.

That 'EFC Forever' guy with a comment below. I know him. A full UK tour? Hmmm.. Now there's a thought Scott. If I won the lottery, Skin would play in my back garden!!
Dicki. You, Nev, Andy & Myke rocked at Donington!! So many people were exceited about Skin being at Download & you didn't disappoint! Nev worried about fluffing the set list up but it didn't matter. You were fan bloody tastic. Well. Thunder throw in the towel & Skin reform. One great British rock band finishes & another comes back to take its place. Maybe.
Just found out you guys are reforming for Download!!Cant tell you how excited i am,after Thunder Skin are my fave band ever!!!Looking forward to seeing you, hopefully followed by a full UK tour. With Thunder splitting, the UK rock scene needs a decent rock band again!!
Hi Dicki, thanks for the reply! That's just awsome you guy's are finally playing again, there will be a lot of happy fans about! The guitarist and singer from my band will be at Download watching with envy. Will you do anymore dates in the UK? be a shame not to, as you guy's have now got back together. Cheers Paul.

Hi Dicki, no words to describe how nice it is to know you, Gretchen and Nona. ;o) Nice photo - and what damn of a WICKED guitar! Nuff said! Hugs & Kisses from Frank, Sandra and the "Triple Palindrome"
Got your message, no worries about last night. You were missed but we will just have to reschedule!!! Hope you have a great weekend with the family. xo Kim
I love this song too. A friend played it on his punk rock radio show in Portland and it reminded me how much I loved the song so I had to share it with all of Myspace!! Glad to hear all is going so well out there mister :)
Hi Babes, how are you? It's been a while. How's that cutie pie of yours? Growing quick, yeah? Tell me about it, mine just turned 4, she's going to school in September. Help! Anyway, just thought I'd say hi, hope all is well with the Fliszar family xxx
Well thank you so much. Coming from such an accomplished musician, I doubly thank you. So where in the world are you headed to in Europe? I am, regrettably geographically inept, but I'm guessing Germany? Safe travels!
