About Dick Newhard and The Mad Saxons

I used to be in a rock band called Plunge out of Youngstown, Oh. I really enjoyed the friends and playing with them guys. Now I have a family and I just started recording some songs again. I have 15 tracks that I plan to release to friends this summer July 2007. Basically, there is no one in my band but me. I wrote, recorded, produced, and performed all of the music on the upcoming album. I thought this would be easier then playing with other musicians, but I was wrong. Anyways, I hope you enjoy and if you want a copy of the new album when it comes out send me an email. The Songs that are on this profile are pre-production before mixing. Dale	Oct 20 2007 10:47 PM Gym Class KickBall is insane. I like the music, and the lyrics are kind of funny and kind of sad. The feel of the song makes me think of the Pearl Jam album No Code. I could really see them doing this song.

It finally feels like after 15 years of trying to write songs that I've finally figured out the colnel's secret blend of eleven herbs and spices to make it sound like something you want to listen to more than once and not just turn around and throw it out the window of your car (or launch with a water balloon launcher).
