My assistant, Leticia, took my Toyota Tundra in to Dick Poe Toyota of El Paso, Tx for a 30 minute oil change in May 2007. The Dick Poe Toyota service department performed an unauthorized warranty repair that took more than 4 hours.
Making a bad situation worse, Dick Poe Toyota's service department didn't properly perform the unauthorized repair. They introduced a steering problem causing the vehicle to pull to one side while driving.
Dick Poe Toyota gave Leticia the runaround for more than 5 weeks about fixing their service department's unauthorized repair.
Rick Peet, Dick Poe Toyota's general sales manager, uses an obnoxious approach to handling customers as it suits his personality.
To make a long story short, we had to pay another dealership to fix Dick Poe Toyota's unauthorized repair. You'd be better off buying from anywhere else than Dick Poe Toyota.
