A boring story about a band playing Street punk, but without the street:
Die Zlaskhinx was found in 1994 by Peter and Bränn, who were totally bored in a small community called Nykarleby, Finland. Bränn played the guitar, and Peter screamed like a stuck pig.
Then Dieter came into the band on drums, and Löv on the bass. But they were mostly into black metal.
Then in 1995, it was time for the first demo; "En känga mot Samhället". Then the same night the band went un-announced to a band night in the city nearby.
And die Zlaskhinx got some fans screaming for Venom!
Right on..
Granith came into the band playing the guitar. He had been playing punk his whole lifetime, and made some really fuckin' good songs.
and so on, and so on..
Time fly by really fast when you're writing in english...
1998: After some heavy line-up changes the band was still marching on playing drunk-punk. Granith had quit the band due to his alcohol habits. And Jim started playing the guitar.
In 1999, Peter had earned himself a girlfriend, who managed to play the saxophone...uhm, just kidding. The bass, of course!
Then there was time for some booze again.
2000: The band was floating on really well, and made their first 7" vinyl-ep called "Skita mot sjtärnorna".
Time flies on again...
2004: Bränn came back to the band along with a rehearsal-crib. And Peter had a younger brother named Kenneth who appeared to know a drummer, and also play the guitar. So they started playing with the band, and once again the band went out playing.
2006: die Zlaskhinx made their second 7" vinyl.ep called "4H", recorded in StudioZlask.
Now in 2007, the band has still got the same line-up as in 2004, and believe it or not, still marching on.
Granith and Peter had a soloproject back in the days under the name "Slarvingarna"
SLARVINGARNA have just released their material from 1996 on cd-r "Knullkåta låtar Vol.1"

This is my new project and with this I wanted to look a little bit different than any other fanzine. I decided to use a clear front plastic cover with thick red backing as a binder. It looks cool but sure was a pain in my ass to punch three holes in every fn page and then place the page into the binder. My living room , dining room and bed room have all looked like a war zones! zines scattered everywhere!! I hope you like how this looks and you find it to be a very good read. Each issue comes with two vinyl stickers and two crack n peel stickers while supplies last.
