Mojo Jones is a DJ / producer who has been playing records and making tracks since
1998. He is all about House music, all
varieties, and has played everything from funky and soulful to Acid and Tech
House. The last couple of years he has shifted
his focus playing and producing the wild and wobbly sounds of Fidget House.
Equally busy in the studio, Mojo has produced and
released several records and bootlegs on his own imprints Hydro Funk recordings
and Digital 4 Life Music, as well as local DC
imprint Analog Anonymous, having released vinyl and digital tracks world wide.
Under the moniker Mojo & the Supersystem his
white label bootleg release “Somebody’s Watching Me / Oh Yeah”
He recently has produced a Fidget House remix of the Beatles “Strawberry Fields
Forever”, a huge bootleg featured on many
popular music blogs such as Palms Out, Crux da House, Le Mothership, and others.
The first release was in Summer of 2004. Mojo & the Supersystem "Somebody's
Watching Me / Oh Yeah!" featuring 2 electro House remixes of 80's hits from
Rockwell and Yello! This 12" vinyl released was sold internationally and reached

Mi Sensi'. Funky Tribal House sampling ragga and Hip Hop samples from Mr. Vegas
"Under Mi Sensi" and Jay Z remix of Slim Thug's "I ain't Heard of that" as well as
sampling Cheech and Chong.

Nation and Club Five in DC, and Sonar in Baltimore. Mojo has performed alongside
international talent such as the Bassbin
Twins, DJ Hyper, Danny Howells, Sandra Collins, The Freestylers, Tittsworth, Gene
Farris, Onionz, Tall Paul, Bryan Cox, Scott Henry, DJ
Irene, Fort Knox Five, Angel Alanis, East Coast Boogiemen, Larry Tee, Kelly Reverb
and more. His records and mix CDs have
been reviewed in place such as URB, XLR8R, Undergroundhousemusic.net, and
broadcast on XM Radio Channel 80 “The Move” as well
as online radio like the now defunct Eastcoasthappy.com, and a weekly internet
House / Techno / Electro radio show
“Roboerotica”. He was featured in the illustrious list of URB NEXT 1000 Artists
and for 2008 (alongside such other artist in
URB class of ’08 such as Tittsworth and Jesse Rose).
