Digital Bob started in 2006 at Dartington College Of Arts, Devon, UK. Rich and Cristian had been jamming some riffs with funny time signatures, and then asked Jed Griffiths (drums) and Sebastian to join them. The band then saw the addition of Aaron on the keyboards and the project was instrumental for a while. Eventually Robin was invited to a couple of practices and was chosen to front the band.
A first demo was recorded and then Digital Bob did a tour of the Southwest of England. During this tour Jed departed from the band and Aaron took on the role of drummer. Toby, Robin's brother, was recruited to play keys and also sing vocal parts. After the tour the EP Brouhaha was recorded with this Digital Bob lineup, which is the band's current lineup.
Since then the band have been writing new material and have also played a few gigs on the Isle of Man including the Willstock festival.
Now Digital Bob are working on their first album and their new single, Thank God That We is up on this page, but can also be downloaded from www.digitalbob.co.uk
