Heroes
Me :)
Ok, used to be Trent Reznor but now that I've grown up I think it has to be my uncle who has given me inspiration throughout the years to become successful at what I do, strive hard, and live life.
Also, who ever founded the waffle house! Best place since the invention of "after mid-night" food!

Sup, it's Tube. If you know Tube then you don't need to read this, because you already know me.
Grew up in mac-town (Macon) GA, usa. I lived there for about 25 years and moved to central IL known as cornland. I've never seen anything like it, everywhere you look there's nothing but corn. However, I'm having fun with it and have the ability to enjoy my racing.
I race in the Central Illinois SCCA. I've got a WRX that I run in the Solo II competitions about twice a month, and have been doing pretty well with it. I run with a video camera in my car mounted to the passenger side head rest to capture all my races on film to be reviewed later to improve tallent and car control; and I upload them to here so feel free to check them out and leave a comment or two.
I'm a programmer for a company in Bloomington and like to have a good time. I also do consulting work on the side for small to medium businesses in application development and networking.
I like going out and hitting up the bars (especially w/ live music). I can cook some of the best smoked ribs, steak, and burgers you've ever had and enjoy spending time in the kitchen. I come from a large extended lebanese family so I guess that's where the love of cooking comes from.
So that was your basic introduction, here's a little more...
I am a racing fanatic! I love road racing and autocrossing and talking about racing in all aspects with the exception of nascar. That shit is just so boring and all they do is turn left; how can someone find that interesting? Formula 1 FTW!! I'm easily entertained, I can be a homebody but if the mood is right and the right people are venturing out, I can get crazy with my favorite crown and coke (no pepsi for this southern man!) and have a tendency to get a little to much quervo 1800 in my system (but it's soooo good when it touches your lips!!!). I love heavy metal (not death metal there's a huge difference!), drum 'n bass (aka jungle), rap-metal, electro-rap, southern hip hop, and the occasional house music. I've turned a new page by moving to Illinois, leaving lots of baggage and good friends back in Georgia. I like living here so far but I'm positive I'll end up in the dirty south once again. My family is there and it's been hard adjusting to only seeing them two or three times a year. I'm single, 27, drive a tyte subaru (duh, see above) and a pimplisous Cadillac Escalade, am addicted to car forums, and love a good challenge!
Who I'd Like to Meet:
Some cool people, fun non-drama queens (like my old roommate; GD I'm glad she's gone!!) who would be interested in a man who's got lots of character and smarts to go along with it. Programmers FTW!! :)
Any racer in any of the various FIA series, local avid autocrossers, a female that can stand listening to me babble about the future of racing, why Kimi Raikenen will be better than Michael S in 5 years, and what all I want to do with my car.
2008 SCCA Solo2 Dixie National Tour
My Groups:
I'm a Chevrolet Corvette!
Take the Which Sports Car Are You? quiz. You're a classic - powerful, athletic, and competitive. You're all about winning the race and getting the job done. While you have a practical everyday side, you get wild when anyone pushes your pedal. You hate to lose, but you hardly ever do.
Hmmm. I'll be in IL for a family reunion that weekend. Maybe I'll be able to sneak out for a little bit to watch you race. I got engaged New Year's Eve.
Yeah i'll be there this year, Dixie owes me a medal! Managed to get a ride in Jinx Jordan's FSP Honda Civic. I'll defanatily come down by ya'lls setup and check it out and say hello!
Hey Phillip! I hope things are going well in Jax. How would you like to go to the GA/FL game, and how would you like to have two maybe three house guests? I was just thinking you, Matt, maybe one other person, and myself should all go this year for my 30th!
Phillip in Charleston!! Wow I'm F'ing excited. Pearl Jam and Kings of Leon in Columbia monday after next, Paul said it would be your first day on the job, so if you ain't down I understand. Cant wait to see ya! Peace

The house is great. I'm tired of all of the moving. We're just about settled though. I got a cell phone now. I'll call you and give you my number. Jacksonville kicks ass. I've been down there a few times. Only problem is there are too many Gator fans.
