Major City's that Prognosis has preformed include : San Francisco Calli, Atlanta GA, Athens GA, Tampa FL, Orlando FL, New Orleans LA, Chicago Ill, Washington DC, St Louis MO, Milwaukee WI, Philly PA, New York NY, Charlotte NC, Nashville,TN Memphis TN, Dallas TX, Columbia SC, Spartenburg SC, Salt Lake City UT, Grenville SC, Baltimore MA, Charleston SC, Detroit MI, Cleveland OH,Phoenix AZ, Allentown PA. Bands that Prognosis has remixed include C-Lekktor, Vicious Alliance, Cold Drive, Remix for Catalog for the SynthNation soundtrack, Alter Der Ruine and Proyecto Crisis.
Prognosis was founded in 1999 by Shane Wolfe and Zach Gormley. After several shows and tours they released the heavily synthpop influenced "Memento" album in 2004 on DDM. In 2005 Zach left the band and joined the US Navy. Prognosis went on hiatus while Shane played as a live member for Angels On Acid. Than in early 2006 Shane found a new band member in Edwin they collaborated on a few songs. He left in early 2007 to continue his own band Alter. Shortly after this Todd Gusler Joined Prognosis as the new Live Keyboardist shortly after this
Chad joined the ranks of Prognosis in mid 2008.
The earlier years of Prognosis are best described as experimenting with the sound that would come. All of my anger and hatred for people and life has been pounded into In The Dark. This undeniable sound has brought a new meaning to Harsh Electronic music. The New Prognosis album In The Dark is almost finished now and you can all feel the anger for the world. To the people that were there for me I'd truly would like to say Thank You and I appreciate everything that you have done in the past and in the future for me including my Family, Todd, Chad and most of all our FANS!! The original idea of InterTech Records is to build a type of "new" versatile style that could be playable in clubs and in raves as well. An hybrid style that has the rythmic, tribal feel and powerfull bassline of techno, but at a tempo range in between 130bpm to 134bpm about. With some tech-house feel and ambiance... so it's tech-house with attitude!!
