Some Bands that Prognosis has had the privilege of playing with include, Imperative Reaction, System Syn, Covenant, Melotron, Psyclon Nine, Das Ich, Skinny Puppy,Cyanotic, Mind Flux Funeral, Razed in Black, Chemlab, Angels On Acid, Assemblage 23, Bella Morte, Die Sektor, Vicious Alliance, Haujobb, Ikonoklast, Nuclear Fest 2007, Cobra Starship,The Last Dance, ManKind is Obsolete, Destriod, Dawn of Ashes, State of the Union, Virtual D3scent, and Architect along with many Local and regional acts from within the US and Canada.
Prognosis was founded in 1999 by Shane Wolfe and Zack Gormley. After several shows and tours they released the heavily synthpop influenced "Memento" album in 2004 on DDM. In 2005 Zack left the band and joined the US Navy. Prognosis went on hiatus while Shane played as a live member for Angels On Acid. Than in early 2006 Shane found a new band member and they collaborated on a few songs. He left in early 2007 to make his own band Alter. Shortly after this Todd Gusler Joined Prognosis as the new Live Keyboardist.
Chad joined the ranks of Prognosis in mid 2008. The earlier years of Prognosis are best described as experimenting with the sound that would come. All of my anger and hatred for people and life has been pounded into this album. Some people did not want to see Shane become successful in music but this undeniable sound has brought a new meaning to Harsh Electronic music. The New Prognosis album is almost done now and hopefully people will appreciate the time and effort put into this album. To the people that were there for me I'd truly would like to say Thank You and I appreciate everything that you have done in the past and in the future for me including my Family, Todd, Chad and most of all our FANS!!
