Armed with wonderfully innovative production and uplifting lyrics, the DIIcypulz (pronounced: disciples) pioneer a growing young movement in Positive Rap as well as Christian Music. Meshing the genres of hip hop, pop, alternative, and soul, this duo has found a strong medium between their suburban fans & urban market. "Both sides just want good, honest music they can relate to... " Jozuph says laughing. The college graduates, from Akron, Ohio (currently residing in Atlanta, GA), are recognized for infusing their strong character and leadership ability into their music; making it truly inspirational. DIIcypulz involvement in the community, as well as active missionary work reaching as far as Central Asia (Kazakhstan) exemplifies their emphasis on the "mission," and not just the "music." While coupling with Campus Crusade for Christ, and assuming leadership positions within Athletes In Action International, DIIcypulz have performed & played throughout the United States and the world. Whether with their live band (A.S.A.P. Music Co.) or their monstrous performance c.d., their refreshing show is guaranteed to lift your spirits and get you dancing. "We didn't shoot to be different," the two insist, "since uniqueness comes standard in each person!" The duo is currently working on their sophomore project, while collaborating with a variety of christian/positive artists.
