Dilusion was hard rock/psychedelic rock band which
formed in Nitra, Slovakia in 2008 and broke up in 2009. The band’s line-up Jimi Ružička (vocals, solo
guitar), Vlado Križan (vocals, guitar), Andy Zaujec (bass), Jakub Žitný (organ, keyboards, piano) and
Lucas Perny (drums). Their sound is roughly based on
late
60s, 70s, early 80s, heavy metal/hard rock and progressive rock influences.
Their first EP "Smoke On The Water", was released on
last.fm in 2008 with good reactions. They recorded in 2009 live videos from
events released on Youtube.com. Finally they were recorded one own song
called "Oheň": They were too composed unreleased progreesive rock suite called "Dažidivý
deň". Dilusion broke up in April 2009 after last gig in Frankie Rock Club.
He
start play the guitar when he was 12 years, inspired by Gary Moore. When he was
17, he based his first rock band called Znicohonic. Later he played
with Scars and Diva Zver. In 2007 met Lucas Perny and they found
Jimi & Lucas Blues Duo (later Moonlight Drives /
Moonlight). Later he recorded songs with Juraj Griglák. In 2008 he
met Lucas Perny again and they founed new band called Dilusion. He is
also solo guitarist. His style is blues rock, hard rock and heavy metal. His
guitar idols are Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Gary Moore, Jimi Hendrix,
Malmsteen, Petrucci, Johny Winter, Zack Wilde, Rany Roads, B.B. King, Eric
Clapton (Yardbirds era), Eric Johnson and Muddy Waters. His favorite
artists are Thin Lizzy, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Deep Purple, TOTO, Bon
Jovi, Thin Lizzy, Metallica and Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath).

conservatory (he is studying contrabass). He played with Slick On The Ground
(with Vlado Krizan) and Znicohonic (with Jimi Ruzicka), Cock Tale
and Coctail Band (big band. His style is alternative, grunge, dnb,
jazz and swing. He loves grunge clothes with psychedelic colours,
alternative music and psychedelic photos. After Dilusion broke up he played with
Lucas Perny and other artists. "V našej hudbe je pre mňa dôležité dávanie
pocitov navonok (ale tých prudkych) a strašne veľa energie. V skupine som začal
hrať hlavne kvôli energickému prejavu skupiny. Psychedélia je fajn."

After
Gothic & psychedelic night gig of Dilusion, Jakub met guys from Dilusion
for coaction. Dilusion was invited Jakub to his
rehearsal room and join him to band. His favorite band is Metallica and he
play with "jazz orchestra Swingles". He played the piano since sedem
years old classical music (favorite is Claude Debussy). He loves jazz, jazz
rock, metal, fusion, experimentall and fusion jazz. His keyboardist idol
is Herbie Hancock. Jakub was latest member of Dilusion. After Dilusion broke up
he still played with Swingless Jazz Essemble Orchestra. He is guest keyboardist
of band Extense.
Lucas
start play the drums when he was 13 years, inspired by John Densmore, Ringo
Starr nad his dad. He played withbands Jimi & Lucas Blues Duo,
Moonlight Drivers (with Jimi), The Waterfall and internet band
called Twilight Of The Idols. Dilusion was his third band. Lucas
was
songwriter, manager and drummer of Dilusion. His drum heroes are
John Bonham, John
Densmore, Robert Wyatt, Mitch Mitchell and Dusan Hajek. His favorite music are
The Doors, Soft Machine, The Rolling Stones, late The Beatles, Pink
Floyd, The Stranglers, Led
Zeppelin, Pink Floyd,early Collegium Musicum, Jimi Hendrix Experience,
The Stooges and all bands from golden era late 60s and 1970s. He is
avant-garde drummer wit
