hmm. i dont even have the original anymore. i have a ghetto windows program, so it might actually be easier for me to get results like that. i have to do the steps individually, whereas with photoshop i think filters just kinda do it all at once. but idk. with the actual camera i used natural light from my window and and long shutter speed, prolly like 1.3. that caught the blur. if you wanna do it with artificial light, easiest way is to set the flash, but then leave it on long exposure. it will capture the original image, but then leave a wispy look, like: and then i played with the saturation and contrast, also fucked with blurring individual areas. i think thats most obvious at the bottom, where you can clearly see its blurred in one direction.
