2001年に山形在住の3人で結成され数回のメンバーチェンジ後、現メンバー5人となる
dinner企画「ROCK DISCO」「Throw A Pillow」など主に山形、仙台、福島などでライブを展開
過去に２枚のdemo CDRをリリース完売
２００７年３月　９曲入り1stアルバム「and... hearing things」をＶＨＲよりリリース
そして2008年11月　2ndアルバム「Rock Disco」をfantome recordsよりリリース
2009年1月　完売していた1stアルバムをリマスター＆未発表1曲+リミックス2曲追加、再発
