Yoga should be accessible to anyone who wants to learn it. It seems that the tighter your money is, the more stress you feel. Practicing yoga can help you become your own adaptogen, to tread more lightly through the life you live. Without the responsibilities and expense of running a yoga studio, we are able to make yoga classes more affordable to all, while still keeping the quality of teaching you should expect from any yoga studio.
Dirt Cheap Yoga works through partnerships with local recreation centers to provide you with an alternative to high-priced yoga studios, while still maintaining the highest of standards in instruction.
