Our tastes vary from experimental to sci-fi to horror to anime features and a good chunk of Hollywood films (hey, there's more than one of us here!).
Television
All eras, all genres, except soap operas. We shouldn't admit this out loud, but we were glued to the TV for Luke and Laura's wedding.
Books
Political science, finance, history, the occult, film theory/history/aesthetics, music theory/history/aesthetics, and intelligent fiction. Dr. Seuss is good after a hefty dose of Red Bull and Absolut.
All forms of independent/underground music reside here, including (but not limited to) punk, hardcore, oi, darkwave, ambient, prog rock, classic rock, classic metal, black metal, death metal, thrash metal, film scores, rockabilly, and even a touch of pop.
