Dirt Mall is made up of some guys who like to play rock music. One of them is named Derek. Most of them are not named Derek. Fine... if you must know, the other guys are named Johnny, Jason, and sometimes Jamie. Jamie is like "Y": sometimes he’s a vowel, sometimes he isn’t. And just like "Y", no one ever knows when he is and when he isn’t.

Dirt Mall was formed by two guys that wanted to get together and play some rock music. Let's call them "Johnny" and "Derek". Derek, uh, I mean "Derek", played a couple of the songs for his friend "Jason" one night. "Jason" thought the songs were decent enough, and started coming down to the practice space with his guitar. No one has ever really asked "Jason" to be in the band. He keeps coming to practices, though. "Jamie" sometimes comes down to play bass. Sometimes he doesn't.

Tony from the Sound Museum thinks they kick ass but he hates the name Dirt Mall. He thinks they should call themselves The Step.
September 1:st our 1:st single, Dare To Lick (Hunter's Red Sleeve), from our upcoming album SILENT REVOLUTION,was released and is available on iTunes but also on our MySpace of course!
The album will be released October 1:st and later that month we go on tour in Germany with The Movements.
