Xynthetic have just released dFp's new EP "Breaking The Robot" (see below.) It's been a long time coming and Mouse promises that he won't take so long next time :)
Mouse is taking a short break over Christmas after which he will be working on new material for another EP. Some ideas already down for this... watch this space. A debut EP filled with beat-driven, electronic IDM, merging metallic glitch with atmospheric melodies. Dirty Fire Project create fields of disjointed melodic bursts and dirty, broken drums that float over gliding harmonic pads.

Lately we tried a little different approach and started the creation process with a story which was in need of a song. The result can now be found at our myspace player, a song called The Serpent. Please check it out and tell us what you think, your opinion would be much appreciated! :)

Definitely enjoying Oz so far. Liking the fact that it's a bit cooler here than in Asia. Reason looks pretty good. I picked up a training DVD that tells you how to use it and appears to describe it really well so can't wait to get back and have a go of it. Hi matey, Looking forward to listening to Toxic when I get to a PC that will let me. Hope all is going well with the new EP. Have discovered a new writing program - Reason 4. Picked it up in Bangkok from a friend who writes D&B. Will let you have a copy to check out if you want to look at it when I return to UK.

Although I'm enjoying the travelling like you wouldn't believe, its really frustrating that I can't write more tunes as my laptop is too bug too carry. Finding I have more time on my hands when on trains and buses and in the evenings that I could put to better use instead of drinking and I've been getting loads of ideas too just to compound the situation. Oh, well. Not much I can do about it.

Just uploaded the the Chennai photo's yesterday. Unfortunately battery ran out on the camera so not as many pics as we wnated.
Posted the Taj Mahal entry yesterday too, with photo's and need to do the Mughal Fort and 'Baby Taj' entries (both in Agra near Taj MAhal) and upload photo's. Again, bloody battery ran out on camera in the fort so need to download from Shaz's phone.
