Tinker Hatfield, renowned designer of many of Nike's most popular and innovative designs, including the Air Jordan III to the XV. He renovated Nike with an architecture background. "Architecture turned out to be a great, well-rounded education and helped me understand the dynamics of creativity, problem solving, people, and cultures. To design good buildings, you have to understand people and how they work. Designing shoes and athletic clothing requires the same process."
