Shawn Mac

Born in Orange County, California, Shawn is an upcoming talent on the DJ scene. Influenced by 70's and 80's music, as well as melodic progressive beats, Shawn has quite the variety of genres to his arsenal. After a decade or more of experiencing and searching for genuine dance music, Shawn began his career in 2009.

In 2009, Shawn joined with the French based record label, Brown Eyed Boyz Records, to continue the never ending search for real house music, and to share his skills, ideas, and joys with other. With future plans of solo and collaborating productions, there is much ahead to be heard from this new comer.

As a new project, Shawn is currently one of the co-owners of the Dubai based label, SpaceWalker Recordings.

In 2010, Shawn joined together with Chas Bronz to create the group Casual Encounters, which is a funk/ nu-disco / french house project, dedicated to reviving that 70's and 80's vibe.
