仅由两人组成的IDH成立于2007年9月，成员小雨和芦刚均来自内蒙古。乐队深受Joy Division.Bauhaus、Souxsie and the Banshees等众多乐队和艺人的影响IDH通过独特的吉他编配和变幻有力的鼓击，营造了激烈而尖锐的阴暗气息，搭建出一种简约、自由的后朋克风格.
IDH (short for Illusion Division by the Hand), formed in September, 2007, is a distinctive post-punk band in Beijing. The two members, Xiaoyu (vocals, guitar and bass) and Lu Gang (drums), are both from Inner Mongolia. Influenced by Joy Division, Bauhaus, David Bowie and many other bands and musicians, the songs of IDH are intense, incisive and impressive.They have exceeded the traditional post-punk style and developed their own murky mode.
