Who I'd like to meet: People who enjoy life, question things and care about the planet. People who make me laugh. I can't be doing with people who see doom and gloom everywhere.
THE TIME: the Golden Age of Piracy 1716 THE PLACE: the Pirate Round, from the African coast to the islands of the Caribbean. THE HERO: Captain Jesamiah Acorne THE HEROINE: A White Witch, Tiola Oldstagh – and the ship herself, the SEA WITCH! THE BOOKS: the SEA WITCH SERIES by HELEN HOLLICK
If you liked the Pirates of the Caribbean movies & you enjoy a darn good read you'll like these novels. SEA WITCH is full to the scuppers with high sea adventure, fantasy, and a dash of romance - all hoisted together with meticulous historical & nautical research to provide an exciting 'can't put down' read!
Why not row across to m’blog & read an excerpt or two?
Thanks for the great comment, Lizzy. Appreciated. Glad you like the cover illustration, keep your eyes peeled for more in the next issue of PostScripts...
