Other things that float Dissolved's water based vessel include: Cryptozoology, glowing chemicals, sealife, Ornithology, printmaking, Entomology, dreams, Palaeontology, old synthesizers, paranormal stuff, cinema, photography, girls and Christmas.
Dissolved first emerged as the result of tampering with scratched records, masking tape, bleach, dangerous tape recorders, some crumpled cassettes, radio broadcasts and a fascination with film, art, the paranormal and nature, sometime in 1989. This slowly developed into something more coherent and tangable and these days it's a scanned and manipulated macro volcano served on a bed of pyrite and tears. It's possible one of the following may occur.
None of the above may happen at all however but you can be sure that sound will be produced, be it from the listener or maker.
DISSOLVEDAMBERROOMS, the official Dissolved site is linked below. It features many free albums and EP's from Dissolved, artwork, photography and information about Dissolved releases along with a forum. Come along and say phosphate.
Dissolved has also done soundtrack work for award winning film maker Anthony Carpendale and is always willing to do soundtrack work for films or video.
Hey man, I released a short split EP with an artist named TTK. I appear on the track "Haruki Has No Wind", which is a collaboration between both of us, and also the 10 minute closer "Flect". Hope you enjoy.
