He is known to his friends as Chavis Bradford. He has been playing the synthesizer since 1997. He is also a self-proclaimed Space Travel Historian and a part time Astronomer. He got his central start in music in 2003 when he wrote, composed music and played the Snare, Tenors, Xylophone and other various instruments in the Oxford High School Marching and Concert bands.
