Distorsion Armonica is the musical project formed by Kebiin and James McConaghew, two young spanish producers. They known each other in 2000 while they were in high school, both liked electronic music so that helped to create a friendship that it lasts until today.
Since that moment they start to spin together, learning one of the other, later Kebiin and James decided to also produce together as Distorsion Armonica in James small studio.
Through these years their musical taste have evolved to fresh and new sounds, but their registry is still wide, they produce progressive tunes full of synths and pads but also tunes with minimal and eclectic rythms. The last one is their favorite style, so the one they usually spin, being influenced by James Holden, Anders Ilar, Alex Under, Stephen Bodzin, Tadeo, Apparat or Domink Eulberg among others.
Their last project is called TPYP, a mixup between live and set, combining the tradicional mix and the live producing. The complicity of this duo helps in the art of mixing a very dynamic performances where each song is 'rebuilded' with new effects and sounds.
In nowadays they are producing together and individually, recently they have finalized remixes for producers like Frances Lerouge or Clubbervision.
Just released the second part to my "Frozen Elements" mix. It contains tracks from Coldharbour Recordings and Electronic Elements. This is an all vocal progressive trance mix. Hope you enjoy!
