Hey guys and gals, We are spending hours sending comments and emails to let everyone know that we are seeking bands to participate in the next installment of our compilation series, aptly titled “Volume 5”. Our compilations have been around since 2007 and feature:
* Professional artwork and packaging * Professional mastering (normalization) * Over 1,000 copies made off a glass master (NOT BURNED) * Booklets with every bands logo or picture * Short bios and contact info for every band * 50-100 copies sent to EVERY ARTIST to sell or distribute within their own fan base
If you are interested in this promotional opportunity, please contact us for more information. MNR has worked with over 60 bands since we started out over three years ago, and every single one of them has been happy with our work (see our blog "What the bands think of our Comp. Discs" for testimonials).
This is an excellent way to promote your music in several new areas with minimal cost and effort, not to mention, another great looking item to add to your merch table!
KARSTADT - vom Kommerz-Konzern zum Krisen-Kaufhaus! Kapitalismus in der Katastrophe - krasses Kaos, ey !? Wieso? Stibizten frohe Leichen lecker Arbeitsplätzchen? So spannend wie Stories aus Entenhausen, wo Donald Duck, chronisch pleite, aber happy, am 09. Juni Geburtstag feierte.
Traditionell: Mit KARSTADT (128) wankend & quakend Donald Duck (75) watschelnd ...
"Hey oh, listen what I say, oh", it is Memorial Day (in the States).
I found this paperback translated into German last week - "Schönheit strömt aus von der Schwelle meines Hogans" - on the opened entry floor of a public city bureau complex. It was there in a box 4 books to give away for free (a social act). The book is originally from 1977 and it contains interesting Indian women literature (stories & poems) by North-American Indian women like Anna L. Walters, Delilah Orr, Roberta Hill, Ethelou Yazzie, Donna Whitewing Vandall, etc. (The Bureau of Indian Affairs provides services directly or through contracts, grants; compacts to 562 federally recognized tribes with a service population of about 1.9 million American Indian and Alaska Natives. In 1977 it was only about 266 tribes those days). A lot about traditions & rituals of the Navajo and Hopi, mythomania ("the Not-Humans and the Half-Humans") and the song lyrics to the book.s title in it. I rilly dont know exactly: Is it symbolic or symptomatic that I saw one single as sad as me looking Indian face among a crowd of sympathetic and not so sympathetic people in a German city during a cruel summer like tempered day also last week?
But doncha dance with wild white wolves afterwards ; )
