    District One is the live project from Bart Skils and Anton Pieete. Both working on several solo projects they teamed up in 2005 and released their first 12” on 100% Pure records. This Amsterdam based label with it’s sublabels Intacto and Remote Area already reached classic status through the years releasing artists like Orlando Voorn, Adam Beyer, Steve Rachmad, Deetron, 2000 And One, Derrick May and Shinedoe. After a series of five EP’s that got charted and played by key players like Sven Vath, Ellen Alien, Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Deep Dish, Loco Dice and Ricardo Villalobos they decided to bring their sounds on stage. Their style can be best described as deep rolling techno with a dark edge, always looking for the right funk and groove. Deep sounds and percussion to rock the dance floor!
