    Hello all,

    I would just like to say that crossdressing males come from all walks of life. Many of them are married with families and their needs can be somewhat restricted, especially if other family members do not have the same understanding. In many cases, the crossdressing male can start at a young age, possibly an innocent game or something heard or seen may spark the interest.

    The difference is that the true crossdresser, continues his "interest" throughout his life. Many crossdressers feel guilty, due to the fact that crossdressing is generally shunned throughout society. They can even go as far as getting rid of all their "girlish" items in the hope that they will be cured and start a clean slate. This is usually short lived and before long, they are back out there shopping for more things. If it keeps up like that, they will eventually find themselves losing money from buying all of the items, each time they have a change of heart.

    Possibly, the best way it to just keep everything and lock it away until it is needed again. Trying to give it all up completely may work for awhile, but eventually the need returns and ignoring it is just next to impossible.

    Crossdressing itself is usually only accepted by the general public, when it is an act on stage or similar. Some crossdressers are fortunate enough to have an understanding partner, who will help them when needed. These are the lucky ones.

    Please try to be as understanding to these people as possible. Most of them are definitely not bad and all they just need is a little acceptance.

        You know I did a HUGE purge this summer, and now I look around and I got nothing to wear, or any make up to wear, or any nail polish even.  Now, I got to go out and try to buy some select items, as well, I am really short on cash.  I sure wish i had not thrown away all those neat clothes and make up, purses, shoes, jewlery.  I am so sad at doing that.  To feel such a burden because you want to dress up and feel better, that is just not right.  So what? Why do people care that I want to be a girl? Beth Ann

          Well, I took hormones for a while, and well, let's just say that I look quite different in a leotard now.  Another shall we say change and I will look great in a leotard and nice pair of tights.  Beth Ann

        It has taken me all of my adult life to pluck up the courage to go into a shop and buy some feminine clothes. I doubt I will ever tell my family and friends.  I met a woman the other day who I knew from years back.  She was wearing Skinhead style clothes; boots, men's jeans and polo-shirt and had short hair. No thought anything of it.  She used to wear Fifties style clothing; Tight sweaters, pencil skirts, high-heels etc.  If I had been similarly changed I'm sure people would have been gaping at me at the very least.   Susane.

          Yes, women can come in dressed in basically ANYTHING at all, and not a blink is made.  NOT FAIR.  I told ALL my family and friends back in 2007.  Most of them are still mad at me.  Good grief.  Beth Ann

          Does it always have to be the end of the world when someone comes to the decision to have a sex change?  I mean it has been years since I informed my family of the choice to transition into a woman.  They have not been happy with me since.  What is the big deal if I want to be a girl?         Let's face it: Womens' clothes are usually a lot more interesting.
        There's nothing like walking into a department store and seeing a large selection of black or brown shoes and feeling cheated, somehow.

  • ADVANTAGES OF HAVING A CROSSDRESSING HUSBAND

    1. You have a live in cosmetologist.
    2. If he wears a skirt it's easy access.
    3. He always envies you because he would rather be wearing what you are wearing.
    4. You can have a girlfriend as well as a boyfriend who doesn't mind waiting while you take your time shopping.
    5. You can double your wardrobe if he's the same size as you!
    6. You never have to worry about cheating on you with another woman. He IS the other woman!!
    7. You always have a girlfriend to go shopping and have lunch with!!
    8. He'll NEVER object to being a clothes dummy and wearing a dress while you hem it.
    9. While shopping, you can test a new shade of nail polish on him and he doesn't complain or asks to see a matching lipstick.
    10. He'll rarely have that scratchy five o'clock shadow.
    11. He'll never ask you to have a threesome with another woman as long as he can wear the lingerie.
    12. He will be sympathetic about your excess body hair.
    13. He won't tear your lingerie when removing it from you.
    14. He won't mind waiting on you or your girlfriends and he won't forget to curtsey.
    15. If you need a slip for that new dress you bought and he happens to have the perfect one, and lets you borrow it.
    16. You can switch off wearing the high heels while on a long shopping spree.

    44. He knows to walk slow when you're wearing heels.
    45. If he says "Hon, you look nice." you know he really means it.
    46. He can spot makeup smudges better than any other guy.
    47. He's like having a live in cosmetologist.
    48. He loves to go shopping with you and watch you try on clothes.
    49. He knows how to treat a lady with care, sensitivity and respect.
    50. He's a girl friend that will stick around and won't flake out on you or stab you in the back.
    51. He loves to dress up and have long chat sessions.
    52. You can have a threesome without adding another partner.
    53. If you've ever been bi-curious you can experiment a little.
    54. You know one of you will have a tissue with you when you need it.
    55. Dress him up in a French Maid's Uniform and you have a house cleaner for the day.

        Ah yes! The crossdressiing  male, who is accepted and encouraged by his family. They are rare cases and if anyone out there is in that situation, please realise that it a wonderful and precious thing to know there is somone else there who is willing to help. Many crossdressers are "closet crossdressers" and may never get the chance to be seen and accepted by the public or their family. So, for those who do have a position of understanding from others, please be very thankful and enjoy every minute of it. It is a situation that is most truly rare.

  • UNDERSTANDING OUR MEN

    Hello all,

    When it comes to the subject of crossdressing males, very few of us have an understanding for them. In many cases, they are straight men, who just have extra needs. They usually have the highest respect for women and just want to emulate them. In many ways, these people are very special and certainly should not be frowned upon. In this day and age, it is strange that with all the things we have come to accept, crossdressing males can still be looked on by the majority as unnatural and perverse. Many of these people are loving parents and loyal partners to their spouses. So, if we do happen to meet one, lets all try to give him a bit more understanding and compassion, as this is all he really neeeds.

        live and let live i say!!  i hate the way our society has grown so polarized.  (over sooooooo many issues!!)  if a person does right by his or her family and friends. then who am i or anyone else to judge them or their lifestyle !! and the same goes for the bigots and racists .  life is tough enough with out a bunch of judgmental 'village idiots' spreading their venom.  let em be!!!  so says the baldguy from chicago.  be well.   g

        after twenty six years i was married to a man with a double life a lair ....that wasted my years of marriage i was true to, i now live and have always lived with an open heart....i never judge anyone as well have needs....    Does this mean you would be able to say if i really look good in a dress? seem as though you love dresses....i hope so....you sound kind and loving...enjoy your life that makes you happy what ever that may be god bless to you

        That's right, Roberta. Understanding is rare, mockery is common. Our society has decided certain things are automatically ridiculous: cross-dressers, bald heads, or trainspotters. I can see why, because if a middle-aged man thinks he looks like a hot babe, that's misguided; if he expects the rest of the world to agree, that's ridiculous.

        I continue to hope for understanding, but I have given up expecting it. Just think, it could be worse. You could be a cross-dressing, bald-headed trainspotter!

        hey there this is scooter101 here and I have a family and married too I have three kids 9 4 1 two girls and a boy. and our family is great but it did not used to be that away untell i found god now everything is great in my life as well as in my familys life. but if you are giving out hugs i could use one and i think everone could use one no matter what the problem is or maybe they dont have a problem and just need a hug.

          Yes, I agree with you there. We all need hugs of support at times, especially from those loved ones closest to us. Finding God is always a good thing in one's life, as without God, there is not much left in life at all, when it is all said and done. Take care and God bless,
