Old school Richard Pryor Live on Stage cracks me up, and I can watch black exploitation films all night long, go Fred Williamson, a.k.a. The Hammer, a.k.a. my husband in another life! :-)

I'm the Diva Writer, or as some of you know me, Marissa Monteilh (Mon-tay). The latest news is that SOMETHING HE CAN FEEL was released earlier this year and it is prompting many female readers to re-examine their own relationship anger issues. In fact, SOMETHING HE CAN FEEL just received a Top Shelf review on Urban-Reviews.com.
SOMETHING HE CAN FEEL tackles the topic of abusive wives and it was indeed my most challenging work to date. Also, earlier this year, Kensington Books released the mass-market version of MAKE ME HOT, which was an African American Literary Award nominee, so please check that out.
EROTIC CITY, my first title under my pen name, Pynk, is ready for a November 2008 release by Grand Central Publishing, and I'm writing my 2nd Pynk title which comes out in October, 2009. The continuation of HOT BOYZ, called THE LADIES OF LADERA, drops in August 2009. The updated, mass-market version of THE CHOCOLATE SHIP is set for September 2009, to coincide with the Blacks Over 40, Mexican Riviera cruise out of Los Angeles. More news on that shortly.
