Comic Con has indeed been fun times so far! I got to meet LACIE! ANN!, KASHA!, Jeff!, Abby! and NICK! I met up with Erin too! I love this club. I can't wait to meet more people.
<3333 fun times. Not to mention that I got to drool over Michael C. Hall. YUMMERS. :D

Hi, live from against the wall of the line for Ballroom 20 at Comic Con. 2 hours before they let us in. Meeting new people is always fun. Atleast I'm inside today. Everyone have fun, I probably won't see anyone today, but tomorrow guaranteed Vegas Jeff will make an appearance.

To jump on the band wagon from earlier today, I too am delighted that 14 months ago I did the unusual for me and joined a group (I knew nothing about), based on some vids I randomly stumbled onto on youtube.
Yesterday, I again went against type and trekked the 230 miles to SDCC to check out the craziness in person. While I'll never be the target audience, I had a blast (regardless of a 4 hr drive down).
While I missed meeting all the DSCers there (the German group, Kitty, Tammy), I did get to meet Crystal & Erin from NY and Diddy from PA. Along with my dscLA mates Ann, Lacie, Nick & Abby, these gals helped turn one of the hardest days of the year for me (the 3rd anniversary of my Mom's death) into a day of great friends & fun times.
And in a few days, major ukDSC lovage.
So, a hearty WELCOME to all our recently joined members. I strongly encourage you to reach out, participate, post comments and make the most of this opportunity to connect, get to know others, to bridge the DiVide. You just don't know what a simple act may bring you here.
Since the last message, we saw Grunny and Stan Lee.
Jeff, I joined last september after watching a comiccon panel for heroes and being like, dsc, say what???
At the time I was in love with David Anders and was catching up on Heroes so I could watch season 2.
Imagine if I hadn't joined. Where would you all be without me?

Remember last year, after comic con, a sudden influx of people joined the DSC. I was one of those people. Imagine things now that DSC is out in full force at the con. Could it double overnight? Only time will tell.
