I'm a registered holistic nutritionist. My education is holistic in nature, in which I treat the "whole" person and not just the disease. I work with clients to enhance their health through diet and lifestyle recommendations. My main focus is to educate and motivate, rather than just prescribing a "diet". I believe that in order to have optimal health, you need to be balanced on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Anyone can truly heal themselves through personal choice.
