Scouring the dark, moist nether-regions of rock, Tim Daltrey brings you the finest in punk, hardcore, garage, metal and indie, both new and old. DIY Haircut is a radio program, broadcasted from 88.1 WESU Middletown Connecticut, that supports various forms of rock music that identify with a 'do it yourself' ethos; be it through touring, supporting fellow bands, putting out records, progressive lyrical content, or other methods of acknowledging a musical mindset that is both challenging and fun for band and listener alike.
Call it punk, hardcore, indie, grunge, thrash, garage, grind, metal, or whatever little niche that might feel most comfortable. The aforementioned mindset carries underlying unifying themes that go beyond simple tempos and preferred reverb levels.
DIY Haircut has a stable and consistent home on the WESU airwaves. You can listen to the DIY Haircut on Monday evening from 10pm to 11pm!
