Annihilating Rhythm is the first of an ongoing series of continuous mixed CD's to be released by DJ 2rip. The goal is to test the hearts & minds of listeners and engulf them in the flames of an intense musical experience, resulting in timelessness.

DJ 2rip is known for energetic performances as well as a level of showmanship that exceeds most dj's in the circuit. He has shared the stage with the world's greatest dj's and continues to make his mark through edgy, upfront music that infuses dancers with the energy to go until the last record plays out.
Within a decade of dj'ing, 2rip has managed production companies in three regions and sustained a nation-wide tour schedule, playing events like Spundae by TruNightlife and Buzz at Nation Nightclub. He also hosts The District Sound Session every Monday night at www.afterhoursdjs.org and continues to hold the most widely publicized show on the channel, reaching listeners in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Musically his sounds range from minimal to techno, banging progressive & electro. In more underground locations 2rip is prominently known as a breaks dj - playing hard, funky rhythms combined with the use of analog acid melodies. If asked to describe himself, 2rip would say "I am one of the most versatile dj’s I know because I like everything and don’t see dj’ing as segmented by genre or sound. My goal is to take a crowd on a journey that I compose while playing music that they want to hear."
I think the last time we ran into each other was either massive or starscape. We met for the first time around 2006 at nation. It's always been brief but we've met a million times. You know how that goes. I've wanted to go to some of the glow parties but I can't get Jeff to go to Ibiza or Fur.
Unfortunately I have to skip this massive too. This is the first one I'll have missed. I set up fall last year and summer this year and I worked will call for the first few hours of spring massive. We've been promoting hard for them and all steez promo shows plus others. But mainly steez. I've been a part of cyber promo for almost a year and a half but Jeff has had it for years. I'm sure you know that tho.. He's done promo for you a bunch of times : )
Either way, hopefully times will get easier and parties more abundant.
Yeah, fun times! I am going to Florida is up coming weekend so I am going to miss the "Then There Was", but I am trying to plain for Ultra and an other good show that is coming up. I haven't been out in awhile and I need to start getting back into it, cause I do designs and artistry things! Well, we should def keep in touch and keep me updated on some good shows in the area. this is true this is true. Everyone is totally used to my obsession with pictures i take them 24/7 so if i got busted in the bathroom it wouldnt be a huge deal. Lol
