Hello WORLD! Hows it going??? Here's a short paragraph about my adventures on earth so far. Here’s my TRUE story……. I am a determined 23 year old Dj from a small Town Buckley North Wales near Chester.
I have always loved dance music since I could remember, listening to old “now dance” and “dance tip” to old prodigy and 2 unlimited tapes from a small age. Djs such Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Sander van Doorn and recently, man of the moment Eddie Haliwell, have inspired me and have helped to fuel my passion for dance music. I started Djing at an age of sixteen, messing around with computer djing programmes, but didn’t really start properly three years later on when I could afford my first proper setup, from my money I had saved whilst on tours in the Army. Whilst in the Army I djied in my spare time mixing in various genres of Trance and house, I thought of it then as I very expensive hobby. A year later and I was on tour to the Falklands, and I had my first ever gig. It was at a bar called the NAAFI playing trance & house to other soldiers and workers on the Islands, boosting morale a notch or to. When I came back from a 5 Month stint in the windiest, most baron islands I have ever been, my best mate I went to a weeks getaway in the legendary Ibiza. It was my first clubbing Holiday and I was really excited. Whilst out there I seen Eddie Haliwell, Judge Jules, Randy Katana, Carl Cox, Paul van Dyke, Adam Sheridan and many more. Not only did it open my ears to new sounds/genres of music It made me realise what I wanted to do with my life and left me with a very important decision to make.
The decision was to leave the Army and to give it a shot at being a successful Dj and to progress in music production and music theory. When I came back from Ibiza I attended a advanced Dj course, called Subbase in Farringdon, with House/techno legend John Taylor (phunxsoundcheck). A few months later I worked as a resident Dj at Liquids night club Basingstoke, warming up every Friday and Saturday for the residents. It was not the glamourous of clubs to say the least but it was my first residency. Whilst at the club i learned how operate as light Technician (i learnt my self) and worked and djied with promoters such as Miss money pennies on tour with Jeff Jefferson & Jim Shaft Ryan, supporting Ministry of sound on tour, and Bar M on tour, for little or no wages, but fuelled purely on excitement and enjoyment. After leaving the Army, i moved locations so i had to leave Liquids Basingstoke. I now work as HGV driver by day to support my Djing needs. I know that the decision I made to leave the Army was a hard one but I believe that you only get one shot at life so you live it to best that you can and follow your dreams!
No regrets, they dont work,
Leave your F**kin attitude at the door,
Rave 2 da grave and party on the dance floor!!!!

TUNE INTO MY NEW SHOW EVERY FORNIGHT
Who I'd like to meet: ANYONE WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE, AND A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR. ONE OF MY MAJOR PET HATES IS PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY DJS) WHO TALK S**T, ARE TWO FACED AND HAVE ABSOLUTLEY NO MANNERS!
Brand new on R3tox Records, our 14th release comes direct from Slovenia and really shows its heritage - Support from some major DJs in the UK and Europe and radio plays already. This is on a funky techno/house tip this four tracker serves up fat slices of chunky beats, acidic sweetness and soulful chords.. so nom nom nom get it eaten up!
Hope you can make our next night in London, Reminisce will be returning to work alongside The Gallery at the Ministry of Sound. For tickets and info, click flyer.
Lookin forward to your set next Saturday! Glad we've got you as an addition to our line up, perfect warm up for the bangin trance that is going to ensue!!
