Long time underground D.J. "The Infamous" Mike C started his career in Austin, Texas at 19 years of age for the world-renowned Austin nightclub, Acropolis. This young DJ progressed into a Texas Legend and continued on to play at many Austin clubs such as Proteus, Ohms, The Red Room, Caucus Club and 404; just to name a few. However these historical venues are not nearly as impressive as the talent that has joined him in the DJ booth, which is quite extensive and includes but is not limited to: * Doc Martin * Terry Mullin * Deep Dish * Ernie Munson * Donald Glaude * Barry Weaver * Rob Vaughn * Brett Johnson * Demarkus Lewis * John Aquaviva * Christopher Lawrence * Sandra Collins * Robbie Hardkiss * D.B. Joey Youngman, Jake Childs, Paul Paredes, Steve Loria, Taylor, Dave Trance, Nigel Richards, Jason Blakemore, Eric Davenport, DJ Duke , This is only a small fraction of the talent this versatile yet consistently talented DJ has worked with. When one considers that he has played at several hundred raves, dozens of nightclubs and many other assorted Underground parties, namely in the South and Southwestern parts of the United States, one would realize that Mike C's other markable contributions to dance music in North America are almost as extensive as his love for the beats themselves. Mike C was an invaluable resource for Alien Records in its infancy, and used this combined talent of music and his knowledge of the Scene to open his own store, Shades of Sound in Tucson, Arizona. By doing so, this dance-music guru launched the Underground Scene in the South and Southwest into hyper-drive with his deep, comprehensive knowledge of worldwide Underground music and amazing sense of musical style and taste over the past 17 years.
