The earliest I can remember back was Billy Idol when my mom used to blast it while cleaning the house. From there I got into rap and R&B and remained loyal to it until about 02 when it became commercialized and full of shit. Save for very few acts out there now, I avoid it like the plague. I’ll always love the mid-90’s hip hop though. As of now, I am obsessed with all music from the gothic culture. This is a just a small list of what I like.

My name is John AKA DJ SoLiTuDe. I am a resident DJ at QxT's in Newark, NJ every Friday but the last of each month. I also DJ on the first Saturday of each month for Asylum Guild, a night I ran in NYC for 2 & 1/2 years before we decided to take it back to New Jersey. I am an open-minded individual who enjoys all genres of music as long is it's GOOD music. I come across as anti-social but I'm actually just not very good at socializing.
