About me: Steve started DJing at the age of 18, it all started when he was introduced to the Birmingham club scene as a regular clubber. His instant love for house music set him up with the correct motivation and attitude to making himself a great DJ.
After handing endless CD’s to promoters, clubs and bar’s Steve finally got his chance when a good friend offered him a warm up slot every Saturday at Bar Room Bar in the Mailbox, Birmingham.
After a year Steve was making more and more connections within the Birmingham club scene through his residency. This helped broadened his horizons helping him play out at more and more venues around Midlands.
In 2006 Steve was approached by a relatively new club night de:funkt, who had big plans within the Midland club scene. They asked Steve to become there Midlands resident playing at clubs in Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Leicester and Leamington.
At this time Steve was establishing himself among some of the world best DJ’s including, Freemasons, Audiowhores, Andy Ward (Soul Central), Micky Slim, Kate Lawler, Richard Dinsdale, Filthy Rich, Ed Kane, Kim Fai and Sonique to name but a few.
In 2007 Steve was offered ever DJ’s dream! To play on the White Isle, Ibiza. The set came about after playing endlessly around the Midlands with large names attracting large following. Miss Moneypennys noticed this and offered Steve his chance on the global club scene. His debut set in Ibiza was booked, Miss Moneypennys @ El Divino – Ibiza.
After returning from Ibiza in 2007 Steve was set up to establish himself further within the djing industry. He was offered regular sets for worldwide brand Miss Moneypennys at their Birmingham based residencies and made further appearances for them at Chuff Chuff @ Alton Towers.
Steve is now making inroads into radio presenting having taken courses with Mediafly and Galaxy radio station, as part of this he has presented his own house show for a period of 6 months for Birmingham based community radio station Scratch FM.
Aside from Djing & Music, Steve's interest's are football, golf, socialising, fashion & shopping.
