I do like a bit of other music as well, local jazz band Blaze is fantastic. I like Ludacris, his lyrics are great, either super slick, funny or both. R-Kelly may be a full on freak, but his musical skills are superb. Usher can sing his ass off, as can Josh Groban. Dido is fine and can sing to boot, can't go wrong there. Still liking the mellowed out Metallica though their older stuff is my fav, Dave Matthews Band is excellent as well. I also think the soundtrack for the movie "The Last Temptation of Christ" by Peter Gabriel is a fantastic piece of work.

I like'em dark and violent with a twist: Heat, Deep Cover, True Romance, Ronin, Gladiator, Dark Blue, Training Day, The Departed......I also like'em funny: Black Sheep, Stuck on You, Dumb and Dumber, Zoolander, There's Something About Mary.....and even these foreign films: Like Water for Chocolate, Life is Beautiful, Il Postino, The English Patient...............
Television
Don't watch much of this anymore though when I do it's Comedy Central, the news, movies or Seinfeld re-runs. Also can't forget Texas Longhorn football and basketball games, with a smattering of pro football/basketball now and then. Hook'em Horns!

I am an electronic music junkie, no doubt about it. I like other types of music, but if you put me in a room with no windows, padded walls and only a stereo with several types of music for me to choose with electronic as one of the choices, I'm gonna put in EDM first. Is it unusual for a person with two left feet when it comes to dancing to be so head over heels for dance music? I don't think so! My second favorite type of music is everything that isn't electronic. ha
I love to write and produce music as well as play/listen to it, but in reality I have to work the daily grind just like most people to have money to pay the bills. So, no lucrative contracts/big house/trophy wife/gf just yet. :p I have however become half decent with the old DAW and have some tracks signed to Bonzai Music Worx, a dance label out of Belgium that I think is pretty f'ing cool. Check'em out some time, you can find them in my friends list.
You'll still find me on Puredj.com playing shows but as the station upkeep has declined and my time and passion for creating music has somewhat surpassed my thirst for dj'ing, I'm on there less and less. If only there were 36 hours in a day, then I could maybe do all that I want to do. There are still plenty of live and recorded shows there though, so keep tuning in.
If you've got questions like what's my sleep schedule, do I eat veggies, have pets, a girlfriend, a planet named after me or other personal stuff, stop being nosy! haha Seriously send'em on, I get around to answering my messages within a couple of weeks in most cases.

Keep your eyes open and be willing to follow your inner voice. Also, watch out for the red flags as well..they are warning signs we tend to ignore and end up in "not so good" situations; relationships. Learn from the past and stay firm in what you need...it is out there, I am living proof!!
