Anders also known as 'Aftersun' started off his musical career back in -98 and has since his musical career took off a bit more serious in 2007 managed to release 5 EP:s, 1 full-time artist album, as well as working as the A&R for ICE Media and now started up his own progressive record label 'Sharktone Recordings'. He has also been hosting/guesting shows at a number of international radio stations around the world like Afterhours Djs, Trancesphere (ETN.fm), Basicbeats, Soundic Radio, Afternight Radio, RestlessLive Radio, Soundic radio and many more.
Aftersun was working as a resident Dj and had a weekly mix show at one of the largest radio stations in the world at that time for about two years, Esounds united.

In 2004, it came as a natural thing to start producing his own tunes. He got hooked instantly and started spreading out his musical ideas to the community. Aftersun quicky realized how much mixing and producing had in common and he decided to go a little bit more public with his own music in 2006.
2008 was the year it all took off and Aftersun managed to release 4 EP:s his first year, as well as join the team at 'ICE Media' as an A&R hunting for new talents. His very first release called 'Palms' featuring Josh Doerksen was released spring 2008 on 'Amplified Digital/ICE Media'. His second and third EP:s called 'Breezing' and 'The Island' got released the same year. These EP:s was based on the chillout, deep house and ambient style. His first EP based on his progressive music called 'Black Chamber EP' was released fall 2008 at 'Jetlag Digital' Germany. This track pretty soon became one of the most popular releases in the labelcathalogue at Beatport.
2009 was the year Aftersun released his first Artist album named 'Summer Waves' released on 'ICE Media/Amplified Digital'. The album presents his most recent chillout music and two of the tracks released got featured on 'Best of Deep Chill vol. 2' as well. All released on Beatport.
Aftersun started up the progressive record label 'Sharktone Recordings' with a couple of friends and did also manage to release two progressive EP:s named 'Egyptian Sanctuary' and 'Bali Beach'. Both releases gained serious support. Check out Beatport for more details.
Today, Aftersun is working hard on pulling out new music as well as running 'Sharktone Recordings'. He's a busy guy you know ;)
