About DJ AL9000

DJAl9000 aka Alex Beckhelling has been writing music for nearly 20 years. His electronic material began with tunes written at school on his Yamaha V50 synth. This developed when he went to college and learnt the wonders of Cubase and became knowledgable in the studio arts! Also a singer songwriter, he plays the guitar and is part of acoustic duo Black Suede Shoes. DJAL9000 is his return to the electronic and he is working on new material. Please enjoy the music on the site from his back catalogue. Will keep y'all up to date when new stuff arrives!!

John Beeden	Jul 31 2007 10:10 AM Hi Alex Great song 'Lovely cup' and 'Plinthe' I found you can't really fault 'Lovely cup' good all round that one. 'Plinthe' is really exciting too, but i feel it could use a bit more pick up in the second half to the end of the song , perhaps with some regular OP/CLHats it should give it more rhythm apart from that its one of your best! John Ps i listened to the last one and it got me thinking about how i sometimes miss Kirsty, its too bad she not on my space, we could have kept in contact.
