The Man:
Born Christmas Eve the oldest of four children. Dj Anointed committed his life to Christ at the tender age of seven years old. Dj Anointed wasn’t a church boy all his life. Throughout his high school and young adult years he has wrestled with sins of lust and pride. He understands by his personal struggles the power of a overcomer. At the age of twenty-one God called Dj Anointed to the ministry. Dj Anointed served for youth ministries in the San Joaquin area for several years. Dj Anointed currently works as a Substance Abuse Counselor. He has seen first hand the pain and frustration young men face due to dysfunctional families, drug abuse, and gang violence. Dj Anointed is married, with three children Jay’Riah, Montay II, Amiyah.

The Ministry:
Dj Anointed sensed the need to cultivate the gifts God has given him. In the summer of 2003 Dj Anointed enrolled at Trinity Life Bible College. While attending Trinity Life Bible College, God placed a burden for all people who are emotionally broken, spiritually bruised, and socially forgotten. Dj Anointed has served as a pulpit Minister under the Leadership of Bishop Parnell Lovelace, Jr. Senior and Founding Pastor of Center of Praise International for five years. After graduating Trinity Life; in the winter of 2007 Dj Anointed sensed God moving him to become more missional in his approach to ministry. The language of the culture and the message of the Gospel appeared to be on different frequencies. The language of the current culture is Hip-Hop/Urban. The word of God intently speaks to the heart of the every culture. Hip-Hop like every culture is in spiritual decay and in need of a Savior. Speaking the Truth of the Gospel in it's cultural context of scripture will bring conviction and change to this Hip-Hop/Urban culture for the glory of God. In the spring of 2007, Dj Anointed began turntablism. His passion and prayer is that God would speak through the elements of Hip-Hop to bring redemption and restoration to this lost and broken generation. Under the eternal appointment of God Dj Anointed is planning to plant a Holy Hip-Hop/Urban Church in the city of Sacramento.
