For over six years she has worked her way through the industry, co-producing radio shows as well as playing in top clubs all over Southern California and the US. Some of her recent appearances include the Red Bull Air Races, the Hard Rock Hotel with DJ Scotty Boy, and club Thin with DJ Miss Lisa. In The spring she released the Firehouse Lounge Sessions, a flavorful downtempo and deep house mix. She then teamed up with DJ Schoeny to launch Candy Mash, a blog spot featuring exclusive remixes for DJs to download and also kicked off the summer with her newest release, Bring the Bass.

Her style as a DJ and artist, has attracted the attention of many different members of the entertainment and fashion community seeking her to play at runway shows, fashion parties and Red Bull sponsored events. She is currently the DJ of choice for Lust 4 Luxe, the official MTV VMA handbag sponsor of 2008, and for APA Consulting who brought Fashion Week San Diego last year. Dedicated to bringing quality music to the San Diego music scene, Ayla Simone can be found playing eclectic club sets at hotspots all over Southern California and across the US for companies like DJhere, Entourage productions, and many more. She fuses an array of music from different genres including hip hop, house, electro, rock and mash ups to keep her crowd going all night. Ayla Simone seamlessly brings music from the classic age to the current and beyond with a sultry twist.

She currently plays non-exclusively for DJhere Productions, Red Bull, Entourage productions, Exxentric productions, Firehouse, US Grant Hotel, Syrah Wine Lounge, and many more top venues and promotors.
